About Us

We established Kolas Ventures as an investment club at the end of 2020, with the goal of supporting early-stage tech startups through investments made by members of the investment club via special purpose vehicles (SPVs).

During our formation, we met many founders with glowing eyes and encountered a significant number of investors who were eager to support aspiring inventors. We have been extremely fortunate to work with high-profile projects such as Vochi, OneSoil, etc. Through those experiences, we have seen an ever growing demand for «smart money» on the part of tech startups, as well as the desire of savvy investors to place bets on future tech-race winners in more accessible ways.

Thus, having gathered a strong team and honed our skills in structuring deals, we finally decided to create a full-fledged venture club under the brand Kolas Ventures.

Kolas Ventures is a VC club that focuses on investing in early-stage startups, not limited to a specific country/region or a sub-sector of IT industry. Instead, it aims to support IT startups from around the world, particularly those with the founders from New East Frontiers Regions and regions with similar language and cultural backgrounds.

The Club is keen to reach a certain transition impact in the region by promoting entrepreneurship and providing educational and mentoring support to young tech teams.
